Move-In/Move-Out Instructions:
MOVE-IN TIMES:
Tuesday, October 2 - 1:00-5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, October 3 - 7:00-10:30 a.m. (NOTE: Concourse exhibitors must be set and staffed by 8:30 a.m.)
NOTE: because the ballroom and concourse are carpeted, only hand pulled pallet jacks are allowed. Electric pallet jacks are prohibited.
As a reminder, exhibit hours on Wednesday, October 3, are:
MOVE-OUT TIME:
Wednesday, October 3 - 4:00-8:00 p.m.
Exhibit tear-down begins at 4:00 p.m. - no earlier. All displays must be removed from RiverCentre by 8:00 p.m.
