CANCELLATION POLICY

In the unfortunate event that a vendor must cancel their participation, Visit Montgomery will issue a refund of 50% of the vendor registration fee paid, provided the cancellation occurs before midnight on March 1, 2025. No refunds will be made thereafter.

To be eligible for this refund, the vendor must submit a written notice of cancellation via email to Visit Montgomery.
